Cloud Support Engineer

Cloud Support Engineers troubleshoot cloud-based systems, support cloud infrastructure, and help resolve service issues in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for cloud-based services and infrastructure.
  • Monitor cloud systems and respond to alerts and incidents.
  • Diagnose and resolve network, compute, and storage issues.
  • Support deployment and automation of cloud resources.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to improve reliability and performance.

 

Key Skills

  • Understanding of cloud computing models and services.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and incident management.
  • Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

 

Recommended Certifications

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
  • Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
