Junior Developer

This role is ideal for individuals starting their software development career. Junior Developers work on coding tasks, debugging, and collaborating with senior developers to build and maintain applications.

 

Responsibilities

  • Write, test, and maintain code for web, desktop, or mobile applications.
  • Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and adopt best coding practices.
  • Contribute to documentation and technical specifications

 

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of web development basics (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

 

Recommended Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Developer Associate
  • AWS Certified Developer – Associate
  • Oracle Java SE Programmer
  • GitHub Foundations or equivalent entry-level dev tools certifications
