Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to: All training courses and certifications offered by Learnutec Technology Academy

By enrolling in any course offered by Learnutec Technology Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. General Policy

We aim to provide high-quality training and a positive learning experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our obligations if you decide to cancel or request a refund for a course.

2. Cooling-Off Period (Distance Selling Regulations)

If you enroll online or by phone, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law. During this time:

- You may cancel for a full refund if you have not accessed any digital course materials or attended any live sessions.

- Requests must be made in writing to support@techpathacademy.co.uk.

Note: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Proof of date submitted will be based on the timestamp of the email or online form submission.

4. Course Cancellation by the Training School

If we cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances:

- You will be offered a full refund or a free transfer to a future session of your choice.

- We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs.

5. Online and Self-Paced Courses

For digital and on-demand content:

- Once accessed/downloaded, the course becomes non-refundable.

- If technical issues prevent access, we will provide assistance or offer an exchange.

- Accessing includes streaming a video, downloading a PDF, or viewing locked material.

6. Transfers & Substitutions

- You may transfer your booking to another course date once, at least 7 days prior to the start, subject to availability.

- You may substitute another participant in your place at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours before course start.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In genuine cases of illness, bereavement, or hardship:

- Refunds or credits may be offered at the discretion of the Training Director.

- Valid evidence (e.g. doctor’s note) may be required.

8. Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds:

- Will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.

- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued.

9. Data Protection

We will process your personal data securely and in line with our Privacy Policy, available at www.techpathacademy.co.uk/privacy.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.
