Security Analysts monitor systems and networks for security breaches, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor security tools and analyze alerts for potential threats.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigations.
  • Maintain security documentation and incident reports.
  • Support compliance audits and risk assessments.

 

Key Skills

  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and threat landscapes.
  • Experience with SIEM tools and log analysis.
  • Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to respond quickly to incidents.
