General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Learnutec Ltd to clients ("you", "your"). By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Formation of Agreement
Agreement formed upon acceptance of Booking Form and Terms. Marketing materials are non-binding.


3. Services
Company delivers Services with reasonable skill. Trainers, content, or locations may vary.


4. Fees and Payment
Fees exclusive of VAT. Payment due 15 Working Days before start. Late payments attract statutory interest.
Expenses are reimbursable.


5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Company may cancel/reschedule Services. If a student Cancels, the following charges apply:

6. Intellectual Property
All materials remain Company's property. Client receives non-transferable license for internal use only.


7. Data Protection
Both parties comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.


8. Confidentiality
Confidential information must be protected unless disclosure is legally required.

9. Liability
No exclusion for death, injury, or fraud. Otherwise limited to fees paid in last 12 months. No
indirect/consequential loss liability.


10. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach or insolvency.


11. Force Majeure
Company not liable for delays beyond control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters).


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Terms governed by English law. Disputes resolved in English courts.


13. Miscellaneous
Amendments with 30 days' notice. Clients cannot assign rights without consent. No third-party rights apply.

Where the Website allows users to submit content or interact with others, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any material you submit is legal, accurate, and does not infringe any third party’s rights. Learnutec Ltd reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

All intellectual property rights in the Website and the material published on it (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software) are owned by or licensed to Learnutec Ltd.
